Preparation time: 1 hour
Total cooking time: 3.30 hours
Serves 8.
Ingredients
500g shopped dried figs
440ml of milk
370g mixed died fruits
250 bread crumbs
250 seld raiing flour
140g brown sugar
2 eggs
150g of butter
Procedure
Prepare a 2 litre pudding mold (follow instructions on 'Preparing' page).
place the milk and figs in a small pot. Bring to boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add and mix the fig mixture, the eggs and the melted butter.
Cover the mold (follow instructions on 'Preparing' page).
Place the mold into the boiling water, cover tightly and cook for 3.30 hours.
Add water every hour if necesssary.
Serv with a hard sauce, custard of cream.
